These earrings are inspired by the scattered leftover beads on my tabletop. It is a pleasant cascade of refined gemstones with freshwater pearls and different chains. These earrings flare out slightly because of the varying chain lengths and this gives the design a sense of modern elegance. The gemstone collection include rainbow obsidian, tiger's eye, rainbow moonstone, smoky quartz and freshwater pearls. These gems have great polish and/or faceting. The clarity is actually quite nice for "Lovely Leftovers" and they do sparkle.

These earrings are finished in vermeil (gold-plated sterling silver). They measure approximately 2¼-inches long. The design is completed with ball-end earwires. Handmade.

"Lovely Leftovers" are my collection of jewelry pieces using gemstones with very slight inclusions and good clarity. These gemstones usually share the same faceting/polish and color intensity of the gems I use in my other jewelry collections, but they just seem to fall short of being completely perfect. These are usually one-of-a-kind pieces with unique characteristics and always marked at a lower price range than other merchandise.
