This is a modern take of the traditional long necklace. Small hessonite garnet gemstones in pale yellow to dark red form a 33-inch chain. Red heart-shaped and pear-shaped garnet gemstones hang assymetrically on each side of the necklace. Necklace is meticulously created by hand and finished with a lobster clasp. These pictures don't do this necklace justice because the mannequin is too short. The decorative sides of the necklace actually sit lower on a real person. The color gradations of the garnet gems are varied. Handmade.

"Lovely Leftovers" are my collection of jewelry pieces using gemstones with very slight inclusions and good clarity. These gemstones usually share the same faceting/polish and color intensity of the gems I use in my other jewelry collections, but they just seem to fall short of being completely perfect. These are usually one-of-a-kind pieces with unique characteristics and always marked at a lower price range than other merchandise.
