Blue Easel

As a student at UCLA, VC Noreen used to admire the beautiful jewelry of visiting artisans on campus. When she finally left the academic scene in 2004, she decided to express her passion for art in a unique line of jewelry. Inspired by music and art history, she created Blue Easel Designs, an independently owned online boutique, dedicated to designing and creating high-quality handcrafted jewelry. All of her items are made of imported semi-precious gemstones and fine glass materials set in precious metals, such as 14K gold, sterling silver and gold-plated sterling silver (vermeil). Versatility is an important theme in her designs because modern times expect us to be versatile team members at work and at home. With this in mind, she tries to create versatile pieces of jewelry that can transcend its role as daytime accessories and transition into stunning pieces for evening and formal events. Thus described, every piece is a naturally unique and special work of art that can be worn on all occasions.
