Simple heart lariat necklace with lavender colored umba sapphire drop. Lovely versatile necklace; pendant length can be adjusted. The focal sapphire gem measures approximately 14 mm wide by 12 mm long. It is a puffy stone and measures about 4 mm in deep. The sterling silver heart measures almost 20 mm by 14 mm. The chain from the heart to the top of the sapphire measures 19-inches with a lobster-claw clasp closure. The entire necklace is sterling silver and made by me in San Francisco, CA, USA.
