This signature styled gemstone lariat necklace was inspired by the beautiful natural hues of tourmaline. I have been searching for and collecting tourmaline gemstones of fine quality, color and polish over the last two years. I have finally collected enough flawless smooth-polished and faceted gems to complete this gorgeous versatile lariat necklace.

The style of this necklace is versatile in that the length of the pendant is adjustable to the desired length by attaching the trigger clasp shortener to any segment of the necklace. The effect is stunning because the pendant can be worn long or short or even as an 18-inch pendant necklace with a decorative pendant as shown in the second and fourth pictures, respectively. With the addition of a simple extender chain (sold separately by request; 11-inch extender shown in last image), this necklace can also be layered as a double strand necklace as pictured in the last three images.

The focal tourmaline is fabulous at 17 mm by 10.5 mm and rare to find. The color is a dark petrol green, which exudes a more olive green to deep brown tone. This gorgeous gemstone is enveloped by a decorative gold-fill bead cone for style. The other gemstones range from 5 mm to 7½ mm long in varying shades of pink, blue, green, brown and yellow. Over 150 gemstones decorate this necklace. Half of which is blue and pink - the most desired and expensive colors of tourmaline. This is absolute luxury.

This lariat is completed with gold-filled components. The total length of this necklace measures approximately 19.5-inches long from the clasp to the end of the focal gemstone. Handmade in San Francisco, CA, USA by me.
