The focal gemstones in these earrings are a pair of blue grey umba sapphires. (The color of these gems remind me of a dew drop at dawn.) These sparkling smooth polished gemstones are accompanied by genuine sapphires in varying shades of blue and white. This is an all sapphire set of gemstone earrings. Because these lovely gemstones are precious gems, they do have an occasional inclusion here and there, but I have only picked the stones with the fewest or least obvious inclusions. It is virtually impossible to obtain precious gemstone beads that are completely free of inclusions. The color, polish and glow of the stones attest to its quality. Small Ceylon sapphires also adorn this piece.

These earrings are finished in gold vermeil. (I had wanted to finish them in 14k or 18k solid gold but they would then be too expensive to sell.) These earrings measure almost 2-inches from the bottom of the earwire. They are a little longer than usual, but the lovely length is what makes them super elegant. Earrings are made in San Francisco, CA, USA, by me.
